The Goodrich Law Firm, LLC, located in Birmingham, Alabama, specializes in business and corporate law.  The firm's managing partner is T Michael Goodrich, II. Our firm specifically handles legal matters in the following areas: Securities, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Contracts, Business Law, Copyrights, Trademarks, Commerce, Business Formation, Business Planning, and Internet Law. We work with Red Mountain Law members and other attorneys in areas outside of our niche (see practice philosophy).

For many businesses, we serve an in house counsel role by filling the role of a company in house lawyer for businesses who do not need a full time lawyer. For the small business, we provide a complete one-stop solution from the initial formation of the business entity through its subsequent growth and also assist in the challenges and hurdles that every business faces in their day-to-day operations. For the mid-sized company, we can serve this role as a part-time in-house counsel.
